There is 4 posts 2 to either side of where the sample sits that are electrically connected to 4 of the pins of that blue port. And a ground. If can be used for connecting the posts to the sample with wiring. It’s a custom setup from GATAN. It’s a double tilt holder with a slightly lesser beta angle because of the design at the head and the position of piece that pushes it.
